1. Removed `profit` during calculation of `sellVolume`.
2. Vault Usage optimization and bug fixing.
3. Bug fixes:
   * Help a friend to pay for activation. If you have already paid, but the transfer is insufficient to offset the fee, you will be prompted to deposit. 
   * Remove the scroll bar from the swap page when a mouse is connected.
