1. Modify the description of the Portal token details page
2. Hide trading pairs whose status is `false` in the market
3. Signature method is compatible with Nodejs
4. The fee rate in Block Trade is adjusted to be obtained from the configuration file
5. Fix several bugs:
   * The network parameter is not passed, resulting in the contacts in the Sepolia network not being displayed.
   * When adding contacts or transferring, if you select the address of the Sepolia network, it will fail.
   * The USDC/USDT trading pair in swap cannot be swapped up or down.
